WHEN NOTHINGS WORTH TRUSTING…

Who do you trust? What do you trust? How can you trust? So what’s next?

Can you trust yourself?

Can you trust your friends?

Can you trust family?

Can you trust people?

Can you trust anything?

We can trust Him

Trust has to start with a reliable source

What is trust? According to Oxford Dictionaries, “Trust is a firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something: “relations have to be built on trust” ·

 Merriam Webster says, “trust is  to rely on or on the truth of ; to place confidence in someone or something ;to be confident
 So give me your definitions of Trust… send me your ans.
 According to Changing Minds, “Trust is both and emotional and logical act. Emotionally, it is where you expose your vulnerabilities to people, but believing they will not take advantage of your openness. Logically, it is where you have assessed the probabilities of gain and loss, calculating expected utility based on hard performance data, and concluded that the person in question will behave in a predictable manner. In practice, trust is a bit of both. I trust you because I have experienced your trustworthiness and because I have faith in human nature”.  changing minds trust, trusting  We feel trust. Emotions associated with trust include companionship, friendship, love, agreement, relaxation, comfort.
 So tell me what are your thoughts on trust?
How do you really feel about truth and trusting?
We can Trust God

Trust God with your worries, secrets,  your alls and everythings

 Sometimes I feel so uneasy about trusting others. Sometimes I can’t even trust myself to do exactly what I’m supposed to do. For example, I can’t trust myself to read my Bible sometimes. Sometimes I can’t trust my friends to tell me the truth about a thing I may ask them about. Sometimes I feel like I can’t trust my doctors.  Even because of the experiences I’ve had with the court systems I truly know I can’t trust them. My oldest son had a set of lawyers and God knows I could not trust them, some non trusts of people or things comes natural, and are warranted. Some people you just cannot trust and when I say trust I mean, trust them  to do the right things. If we look at the Political races, for President, you may find yourself, asking yourself who can I trust, and is there any trust among thieves? Most do not trust public officials, I don’t even want to discuss how money can influence trust lol! (a whole new topic)
BUT TRUST, you do not have to look very far to find a trust issue. Look right in your home, in your social circle, in your family circles,  in your neighborhoods, and the trust issue goes on …. But trust can be a big issue, when trusting may really matter.
Guess what? When u do not trust someone or something that can be a very miserable feeling, a bad feeling, a lonely feeling, a terrible feeling. I know some of you have never thought about it because you can trust everyone, lol! But on the serious side… everybody is not to be trusted and even if they could be trusted, there would still be issues. The issues are, you  never really know, for sure. Then think about the times when you really trusted someone and discovered that on their part, there was no trust.

So after thinking seriously about trust, what is your conclusion to the questions stated above? Well, there is one true answer to those questions:
Question: “What does the Bible say about trust?” ( Got Questions. Org)
Answer: The words translated “trust” in the Bible literally mean “a bold, confident, sure security or action based on that security.” Trust is not exactly the same as faith, which is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8-9). Rather, trusting is what we do because of the faith we have been given. Trusting is believing in the promises of God in all circumstances, even in those where the evidence seems to be to the contrary. Hebrews 11 talks about faith, which is accepting and believing the truth that God reveals about Himself, supremely in the person of His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. Nevertheless, the practical consequence of faith in God is trust, which we prove by living out our full acceptance of God’s promises day by day. Furthermore, it is by this trust that we are promised peace: “You will keep in peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you” (Isaiah 26:3).The classic verse regarding trust is Proverbs 3:5: “Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” This verse sums up the Bible’s teaching on trust. First, it is the Lord in whom we are to trust, not ourselves or our plans, and certainly not the world’s wisdom and devices. We trust in the Lord because He and He alone is truly trustworthy. His Word is trustworthy (Psalm 93:5; 111:7; Titus 1:9), His nature is faithful and true (Deuteronomy 7:9; Psalm 25:10; 145:13; 146:6), and His plans for us are perfect and purposeful (Isaiah 46:10; Jeremiah 29:11). Further, because of God’s nature, we are to trust Him with all our hearts, committing every aspect of our lives to Him in complete confidence. Finally, we are not in trust in ourselves because our understanding is temporal, finite, and tainted by our sin natures. Trusting in ourselves is like walking confidently across a rotten wooden bridge over a yawning chasm thousands of feet deep. Disaster inevitably follows.Trust in God is a feature of many of the psalms of David. There are 39 references to trust in the Psalms alone, whether referring to trusting in God and His Word, or to not trusting in riches or the things of this world. It is on the basis of this trust that David finds deliverance from all the evil he encounters. Many of David’s psalms describe situations when he was pursued by Saul and his army, as well as his other enemies, and always did the Lord come to his aid. One thing that can be noted about biblical trust is that it always engenders further trust in our God. The man of God never stops trusting in God completely. His faith may be knocked, He may stumble, or He may fall into the foulest of sins, but “though he stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand” (Psalm 37:24). The man of God knows that, though trials will beset in this life, his trust will not waiver because that trust is based on faith in the promises of God: the promise of eternal joy with the Lord and the promise of an inheritance that “can never perish, spoil and fade” (1 Peter 1:4).
Trust — Trust is believing that God always does what is right.

TRUST GOD

 But these were people/ things that trusted Yahweh.  So I say where should you put your trust? This is God I trust.
 Sometimes when it is very hard to trust people, the only choice that is evident, is God Our heavenly Father. He asked us to  Trust in Him with all of our hearts and lean not to our own understanding.
WE SHOULD TRUST HIM WHEN WE CANNOT TRUST NO ONE ELSE. DON’T WORRY IF U CANNOT SEE HIM, WITH THE NAKED EYE,  HE IS THERE. TALK TO HIM, TELL HIM, ASK HIM, BELIEVE HIM, TRUST HIM, WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE ANYONE TO TRUST. U CAN TRUST HIM. YOU CAN BE TOLD THAT A MILLION TIMES, BUT UNTIL U ARE PUT IN A POSITION WHERE YOU WILL HAVE TO TRUST HIM, THEN AND ONLY THEN CAN YOU LEARN TO TRUST HIM. As for the days and times we live in believe me that day will come sooner than later. You will need to genuinely trust someone. Have you ever wanted to tell something so bad until you felt like your heart was about to burst, if so you had better trust God, with your information because sometimes the person you trust probably will not be the person to trust. So get on your knees and tell it to God. You can truly trust Him.

WHEN U’RE NOT FEELING IT!!!!!

MLK Jr. Quote

MLK Jr. Quote

“You wanna be ok with it…., but your heart, u really ain’t feeling it”. So sure many of us feel that way. Those feelings happen or may manifest often or very seldom, but we all know, or have experienced feelings such as those…. Now let me give you some examples of exactly what’s it means when u are not feeling it. (liking it)

1. When it’s time, we vote for a new president. OK now, we see the list of possible candidates, and you say to yourself, I know there should be someone better. (we ain’t feeling it)

2.  You watch the news everyday, you wanna watch it to keep up with the latest happenings, but after you saw it, you say to yourself, I would have felt better, if I had not watched it. (we ain’t feeling it)

3. The Supreme court finalizes laws of the land, but a lot of the laws they confirm, do not sit well with a lot of people. (so one again we really ain’t feeling it)

4. Politicians criticize each other, we have to see, hear, and be subjected to all this. (we ain’t feeling it)

5. People or groups want to subject their ideas, lifestyles or force their ideologies upon us. (we ain’t feeling it)

6. We live a long time and you see changes happening in the world today, that you never would have imagined. (we ain’t feeling it)

7.  When you know you are right about something, but the world society is telling you, u are wrong. (u ain’t feeling it)

8. You just got a pay check on your job, but the pay’s not matching your labor. (u ain’t feeling it)

9. When you’re going through something, and you heart is breaking, and the people around u are telling u, you’ll be ok. (u ain’t feeling it)

10.  You’re paying twice for a house that should have been paid off 30 years ago. (u ain’t feeling it)

11.  Police brutality when u know it does not have to be. (we ain’t feeling it)

12. The rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer(we ain’t feeling it)

13. Being lied to when u know it ain’t true. (we ain’t feeling it)

Well that was just to give you an idea of what I am talking about…..

So now, when people are not really, in agreement with something, but just go along with it all because they feel that is the normal thing to then; then that would be called, “going along to get along.”  Yes, sometimes we’ll just agree with a situation as not to cause a distraction, be offensive or better yet, not to be called the distraction. Because no one wants to be the odd ball, or the subject of confusion, or the sore thumb, or the troublemaker, of the problem, or the nutty one, or the troublemaker or u’re angry; so we go along to get along.

Another example: “Say for instance a group of policemen, driving along mining their own business see a man running down the road. Now the cops just had a big lunch, a few laughs and are really feeling good. As they drive along,  two of the cops in the car said” I wonder why he’s running, then another said, oh, it’s probably nothing.  Then the third cops says let’s check it out. So they stop, and ask the man to stop running, he did. One cop says where u going in such a hurry? The man says home. The next cop says why in such a hurry? He says my sister called and said, my mom is sick. So I’m running  to hurry home. Ok the other cops say, can’t u tell he lying, look at the sweat on his face. Then another cop say yeah. Then the second cop says let’s search him, they do and find anything.  Ok you’re good u can go. Then one cops says let’s go. But then the third cops says, not before I give him a reminder, and the fourth cop says a reminder, of what?  So that cop hits the man with his stick, twice. Then they laugh, but the first cop , says man you should not have hit him like that. The other cops say why? He said because the man did nothing, he was just trying to get home to his sick mom. But he did not report it? Why? Going along with the wrong to get along with his fellow cops. A few days later, the good cop saw the man that was running down the road. He stopped and the man said, my mom made it to the hospital just in time, but when I got home I passed out, and had to be rushed to the doctor, they said I had a small concussion and this bruise will take months to heal.” All that for what? Why no one stood up, well it’s called going along to get along or is it called fear?

So we often go along with situations to be able to fit in, or liked by others. But in our hearts, we know we ain’t feeling it.

So is that right? Is it wholesome? Is it good? Is it Honest? Is it appropriate? Is it merited? Is it moral? Is it conscientious?  Well I guess if u are the kind of person that is passive and wants to get along with everybody, its ok. But if u have a problem with going along to get along, then u get restless in your seat. U get a sense of  “o man,” how can people be so complacent? So un concerned or un motivated to do something. But in all reality say something. Write a blog, post to Facebook,  or some of the others, things people do, and u don’t have to be violent about it either. But don’t do nothing.

Ok, example: If Martin Luther King Jr. had of just watched events unfold on TV or radio, and did nothing we would probably still be riding on the back of the bus, or not being able to eat in certain places. Not be able to attend the schools we would like. Buy homes in neighborhoods u like. You get the point.

Now to be more realistic, just say for instance: Main Point  Jesus decided to not go to the Cross! Let’s just say he said, I’m not gonna heal the sick, raise the dead, give sight to the blind, feed the hungry, you get the idea. What a mess we would be in. If Jesus had of just said to His disciples, lets just sit back and watch how thing unfold. Lets just see how they all will turn on each other, and do horrible things to each other. What if Jesus said, they are getting just what they deserve. What if Jesus just went along with the crowd to get along with everybody? What if He decided not to come to earth in the first place? Well  he never would have been crucified. So I said that to say this: When u stand up for something and it’s not popular with your group, then u need to get another group. Why go along with something when u ain’t feeling it! There are always choices to be made: SO MAKE THEM! Lose a few friends…. Lose a few buddies… Lose, lose, lose but in the end u really GAIN!

YOU CAN’T CARE WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT U, YOU CAN’T CARE WHAT PEOPLE SAY TO U. YOU CAN’T WORRY ABOUT FRIENDS, BECAUSE U REALLY DON’T HAVE ANY ANYWAY.

Just MAKE SURE THAT THE PERSON, U DO CARE ABOUT IS; “WHAT WOULD JESUS SAY TO ME, IF I STAND FOR WHAT IS RIGHT AND MORAL….. What would He say, to me if I stood up in His shoes or sandals, and spoke like He spoke…. That is hard for some of us and comes naturally for some, but in the long run u can always live with knowing that u did something that will benefit generations to come.

Oh by the way everybody does not like you,  so stop, right now thinking that they do, some will never like you and no matter what you do or say  you can never convince them to like you.  Some might have liked u at first but after u stood up and spoke up they will no longer like u. SO, oh well its part of the territory and expect that.

From my reading the Bible I learn to live for God, not man, man can hurt you and make u feel so bad about yourself and the things you stand up for. So stand in Christ Jesus and when you do, it really does not matter how others feel about you. That is what I especially like about Jesus, he did not care if He was liked; although he asked his disciples, who do they say I am, St. Mark 8:v.27 Jesus went out, along with His disciples, to the villages of Caesarea Philippi; and on the way He questioned His disciples, saying to them, “Who do people say that I am?” 28 They told Him, saying, “John the Baptist; and others say Elijah; but others, one of the prophets.”… So when he turned around and asked his disciples who do you think I am, Peter answered, You are the Christ. [The scripture says “He said to them, But who do you say that I am?] So I assume, what He asked to them all, who do you say I am, He was asking the question to all of His disciples, but Peter answered first, so the Bible does not say if the rest was trying to answer before Peter beat them to it or if the other let Peter answer for them. It also does not say if  the others did say something at all. But anyway let’s just say only Peter really knew who Jesus was. Then you mean to tell me all his disciples his closest group, did not really know who he was? Then if that be the case your friends don’t really know you either.

That passage gave me, a great insight “people don’t know u but assume that u what are what they perceive u top be!!!! So if they perceive you to be that, then to them you are that! SO do what you have to do to please Jesus, because I will tell you right now u will never ever please everybody. So when you ain’t feeling something, then do something about it!!! Jesus did….

Why Fall When or if You Can Help It?

lady falls down.

She falls!

Let’s suppose you just tripped and fell on the floor, in front of a room full of people. You were really trying to impress them?   You fell, down, landed on your head; they laughed. You laughed back, only to keep from running and hiding. But to tell you the truth, you really felt like ____!

You tripped, you fall, you are so embarrassed, you thought about it, then you laughed back. You were laughing at yourself, but feeling like a fool on the inside.

Fell on my face, people laughed!

Man fall, people laughed!

Now suppose it went the other way; you tripped and fell in front of a crowd of people, they cried for you, you cried, and in stead or thinking about running away you let your shame be known. The ones watching you fall sincerely felt your pain, felt the anguish deep on the inside of the heart.  They sensed the true pain you felt. As a matter of fact everyone watching felt your pain. Everyone in the room just wanted to do something to make it right.

She fell, we cried together.

She fell, we cried together.

The real action in Falling…

Now look at the situations, think about the situations. Think about how you felt when you fell down, topple over, or slipped because some one else left something in your path. How would you feel if  someone  you knew fell.  What if you saw something in the pathway of another person and you left it there,  knowing that it could cause a serious slip or fall? Some falls make us laugh and some falls make us cry. But either way falling can hurt.  There can be fake falls which are usually part of an act, and there can be real falls. The ones I want to talk about are the real falls. The one that cannot be faked or planned. Some just happen, and some have been in the making. But either way, they are considered falls.  Any type of real fall can be a very big deal. I’ve seen commercials on television saying go to a doctor immediately, if you fall, there may be internal injuries. Those internal injuries can cause severe results even death!

Let’s give thought to the meaning of falling in a general sense:    fall verb,  gerund or present participle: falling

According to,Barrett C. Miller Falls are consistently the leading cause of injury-producing accidents. They account for more than 1 million injuries each year in the United States.

Why are there so many falls? In part, it is because we fail to understand the complexity or the seriousness of same-surface slip-and-fall accidents. We assume that people fall because the floor is slick, because they are clumsy or careless, or because they step on a foreign object. These assumptions lead to investigations that are one-dimensional and to repeated accidents at the same location.

To understand causality,  and to determine responsibility for an accident, the investigator usually eliminates many possible causes. But people can fall for many reasons. Reasons can include the interaction of the walking surface with shoes; the environment, along with its distractions; and the physical and mental limitations of the victim.

Falls don’t “just happen,” . Often, more than one underlying cause or risk factor is often involved in a fall. A risk factor is something that increases a person’s risk or susceptibility to a medical problem or disease.

As the number of risk factors rises, so does the risk of falling. Many falls are associated with a person’s physical condition or a medical problem.

Falls can be deadly.

Falls can be devastating.

Falls are costly.

Falls are preventable.

What a Fall Might Mean: A fall could be a sign of a new medical problem that needs attention, such as an infection or a cardiovascular disorder. It could also suggest that a treatment for a chronic ailment is needed.

Biological risk factors

Behavioral risk factors

Environmental risk factors

Other risk factors include:
alcohol or substance use;
socioeconomic factors including poverty, overcrowded housing, sole parenthood, young maternal age;
underlying medical conditions, such as neurological, cardiac or other disabling conditions;
unsafe environments, particularly for those with poor balance and limited vision.

Prevention

Fall prevention strategies should be comprehensive and multifaceted. They should prioritize research and public health initiatives to further define the burden, explore variable risk factors and use effective prevention strategies. They should support policies that create safer environments and cut risk factors. They should promote engineering to remove the potential for falls, the training of health care providers on evidence-based prevention strategies; and the education of people and communities to build risk awareness.

Screening within living environments for risks for falls;
Clinical interventions to find risk factors, such as medication review and change, treatment of low blood pressure, Vitamin D and calcium supplementation, treatment of correctable visual impairment;
Home assessment and environmental change for those with known risk factors or a history of falling;
Prescription of proper assistive devices to discuss physical and sensory impairments;
Muscle strengthening and balance retraining prescribed by a trained health professional;
Community-based group involvement,  which may be used  as a prevention education and exercises or dynamic balance and strength training;
Use of hip protectors for those at risk of a hip fracture due to a fall.

lady falls

fall

One evening me and my daughter had an appointment downtown, and as we were walking on the sidewalk, I fell. Some people ran to help and others just stared. I was so embarrassed, and my daughter said it looked like I wanted to cry. To tell you the truth “I did want to cry. Felt like my whole being was shaken up, and I felt out of sync. I felt like I had just committed the unthinkable. I fell. I felt humiliated and disgust. After about 2 minutes I got up and brushed myself. If nobody has been around I probably would have just laid there. But I had to get up so I could be on my way.  See I know falls can be devastating. But since I was able to get up, I had too. To keep on my path, to finish what I started; we had an appointment.

The definition of a fall according to the MDS 3.0 has not changed but has been reworded and clarified. The following definition can be found in section J 1400 of the 3.0 RAI manual:  An unintentional change in position coming to rest on the ground, floor, or onto the next lower surface (e.g. onto a bed, chair or bedside mat). The fall may be witnessed, reported by a resident or an observer, or identified when the resident is found on the ground. Falls include any fall whether it occurred at home, out in the community, in an acute hospital, or in a nursing home. Falls are not a result of an overwhelming external force (e.g., a resident pushes another resident). An intercepted fall occurs when the resident would have fallen if he or she had not caught him or herself, or had not been intercepted by another person—this is still considered a fall.”   Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, January 2010,  Resident Assessment Instrument Manual, 3.0. Now if I took the above paragraph and changed the word in certain spots here is what you get! Your Fall can be physical or spiritual!

The definition of a fall according to The Bible , Gods Word has not changed but has been reworded and changed by some. The following definition can be found in section 1 Timothy 4:1-2 Paul said, “The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron.”

 2 Timothy 4:3-4   For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.

Hebrew 10:26-31 If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God. Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. How much more severely do you think a man deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God under foot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified him, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace? For we know him who said, “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” and again, “The Lord will judge his people.”

Jeremiah 2:19 Thine own wickedness shall correct thee, and thy backslidings shall reprove thee: know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and bitter, that thou hast forsaken the LORD thy God, and that my fear is not in thee.

Hosea 11:7  And my people are bent to backsliding from me: though they called them to the most High, none at all would exalt him. Saith the Lord GOD of hosts.

Ezekiel 18:21-23  But if a wicked man turns away from all the sins he has committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, he will surely live; he will not die. None of the offenses he has committed will be remembered against him. Because of the righteous things he has done, he will live. Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign LORD. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Ezekiel 18:24  But if a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits sin and does the same detestable things the wicked man does, will he live?  None of the righteous things he has done will be remembered. Because of the unfaithfulness he is guilty of and because of the sins he has committed, he will die.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        2 Peter 2:15  They have left the straight way and wandered off to follow the way of Balaam son of Beor, who loved the wages of wickedness.                                                                                                                                                                                                    2 Peter 2:20-21 If they have escaped the corruption of the world by knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and are again entangled in it and overcome, they are worse off at the end than they were at the beginning. It would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than to have known it and then to turn their backs on the sacred command that was passed on to them. Any unintentional change in  your Christian position coming to rest on the ground of untrue word of others,  waddling in sin floor, or onto the next lower surface called  a hellish life (e.g. onto a sin, the death chair or bedside mat bowing down to satan). The fall may be witnessed, reported by a resident or an observer, or identified when the resident is found on the ground.  The fall can be,  and usually is witnessed by other Christians, your pastor  other church members or even sinners. Falls include any fall whether it occurred at home, out in the community, in an acute hospital, or in a nursing home.  Your fall may and can happen anywhere, but especially the  home church.  You leave it. Falls are not a result of an overwhelming external force (e.g., a resident pushes another resident). An intercepted fall occurs when the resident would have fallen if he or she had not caught him or herself, or had not been intercepted by another person—this is still considered a fall.”                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           When you give up on Christ or not trust in His Word, by not believing in anything He has said in His Word, then you open the doors to what is called a Fall!!!                                                                                                                                                                       most information gathered from the:Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, January 2010,Resident Assessment Instrument Manual, 3.0.                                                                                                                                                             Get into a church or in a position for you Christ-care and spiritual care guide can lead you to a standing position in Christ Jesus!

So how many of us have fallen or falling right now? When I ask that question, I literally mean falling in your spiritual walk with God? A spiritual falling.  I used pictures of people falling so you may get the general idea. When a person falls away there may be reasons that they cannot explain. On the other hand there may be reasons they can explain. Just to make sure you may understand here are some reasons:

What does the Bible say about Christians in the last days “falling” from their faith and going back into the world?
Hebrews 6:6 describes someone who was in the process and completely left it.     Hebrews 6:6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.          Hebrews 10:26 describes someone who has not only left the process but is very much against God. The key word in that verse is “willfully”.                                                                      Hebrews 10:26 For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remained no more sacrifice for sins.                                                              Hebrews 6:4-6 – It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age, if they fall away, to be brought back to repentance, because to their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.

Now: What exactly might a spiritual fall mean?  A spiritual fall is departing from God and His commands”. It means to stop honoring God and His mighty works. It means to let someone influence you to turn away from God. It means stop believing in God and His awesome power. It means falling back, to your old ways. It mean to give up on God. It means to let your thoughts and actions  influence you to sin against God. By demonstrating you are your own man and not a man or woman of God anymore. Demonstrating you willingness to act apart from God. All that means, to fall away in the spiritual sense, away from God.

 So why do so many of us FALL? The big question.

Because we have human nature in us and its there forever. For unless we fight it, to beat it into submission of obeying God commands. Most of us can’t or won’t fight the temptation that turns us away. Some of us don’t know how to fight. So we just quietly fall away. Some of us become tired, some weary, bored and just plain fed up. Then again some of us just will not submit to God. We would rather deny Him than to obey Him. Then again some of us believe so strongly in other people, so when they fall we fall too. Nonetheless some of us let others lead us away.  Some believe other people truths, and forget Gods truths. Some people let others convince them not believe in God. Then again people believe in a false god that others have told them about. Some people just don’t feel its worth it. And a lot of people just don’t care one way or another. On the other hand some once believed in God, and stopped. Some felt like the cost was just too much. Others feel like the world has so much more to offer and it does. Otherwise  some have fallen because the world called their name! Whatever the reason(s) may be; We Fall! But God made allowances for when we fall, so that we may never have to stay in the fall. We can get up and walk from the fall and thank God. With some falls you will need help getting up, but if it is a bad fall you may need to call 911. But either way you got up.  You are living to change the situation and  to examine reasons for the fall. Now some falls can cause you your life. But remember falls just don’t happen! The floor was wet, the sole of the shoe might have come a loose. Your leg or ankle may have given out or twisted, something may have blocked your view. Or maybe there was something left in the pathway and you tripped. But either way Fall don’t just happen. There is always a source. If you don’t believe me what do you ask your self or what do you say when you fall to the floor in front of lots of people, or even if you fall alone in a dark room. The first thins you say may be, I slipped, or I didn’t see the water spot, or my leg just twisted or you might say I forgot to tie my shoe string or it must have come a loose. But what ever, you will do or  say something.  Some people make jokes about their falls and some become angry because you felt like it was someone else fault you fell. The only time you can’t say or do something, is if you are knocked unconscious.

leaves turn and fall

      The great fall of mankind, ask Adam or Eve, we’re still falling but, it is Jesus Christ who lifts us up. Nobody wants to fall!
